AusHeat closing down

Well it's time to bring the curtains down here at AusHeat.....

I'd like to thank all who have graced the pages & many racing series here over the years, with very few exceptions....

There still might be the odd V8's series run every now and again out of SpeedSims, so just keep an eye out there if you are keen. But judging by the numbers...not..lol

Big thanks to Anni for providing it all here, your a legend mate...cheers...

If you want to grab any set-ups before we go, you'd best do so quickly...

You're welcome... it's sad to shut down the site but probably sadder to see it limping along any longer as it is.  :-)

There's a lot of good stuff on here though... is there room on speedsims to create an archive of your setups perhaps, Crash?  How about BDFord and poly's work?

Karl has already put up quite a few of my sets for various Heat mods at SpeedSims.

I think he already has Poly's tracks there for download, so that's not a problem.

 As for BD's work, I thought he'd strung up a partnership with evilkarl? Think he has his stuff there. With or without permission was never a problem anyway for evilkarl...lol

Sad to see this place close down!  But I understand why..  AusHeat will live on in  everytime you hit the track Crash!

Indeed, it's really sad to see this place going down . But it's even more sad to say that this actually doesn't come much unexpected...

I'll gladly upload whatever content should be saved to Speedsims. There's A LOT of space available still
So if there's some content which you are not sure about if it is still hosted elsewhere, just holler - we'll find a place at Speedsims

what a shame..i must have esp..i came here accidently today..was not watching which bookmark i picked.

Sad to see Ausheat closing down ... had some great fun over a lot of years from the days running Viper Racing through Nascar Heat.  Sadly once we put a toe in the water with RFactor I got into that game and obviously moved on to pursue it. 

anyway guys all the best, I'll see ya's on the track again somewhere soon hey.
